Just a computer with Internet access, an email account and one of the following Java-enabled Web browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 1.0.4+, and Netscape Navigator 6.0+.

What is redlining, and how does it work?
Redlining is a way to add comments (text and/or drawing elements) to documents without changing the original file. The information is superimposed on the drawing in a separate layer or file.
